If entering from the main entrance to the hospital off Vulture Street, you will enter on level 6. Proceed straight ahead, then when you reach the café, veer right. Follow the corridor until you reach the lifts, then veer left. Proceed along the corridor, and enter QCG’s rooms on your right.
If entering from the Mater Medical Centre car park, take the lift to level 6, proceed right down the main corridor, then enter QCG’s rooms on your right.
The closest on-site parking is the Mater Medical Centre car park accessed via Vulture Street.
Additional on-site parking is accessed via Mater Hill (East & West entrances) and Hancock Street car parks. 2-hour street parking bays are available on Vulture Street, but can be limited throughout the day. Be aware of marked clearway signs, particularly around peak hours.
Patient drop off / collection area is located at the front entrance to the Mater Medical Centre building on Vulture Street.
Train
The closest train station is South Bank Station, approximately 15 minutes walk from the hospital.

The closest bus stop is the Mater Hill stop on the Southern Busway. Buses operate every 10 minutes to and from the city. The stop is located on Stanley Street, South Brisbane, at the rear entrance to the hospital.
